Adult Day Services
Heart Song will provide day services for individuals who are no longer able to stay home alone. The center will provide individualized care by well-trained staff that will include nursing assistants, nurses, and a director.

Medication Services
Medications monitored and administered daily, based on participant needs
Nursing Care
Nursing care available as needed during the day; includes communication with primary care providers
Salon & Bathing Services
For an additional fee, salon and bathing services will be available.
Educational programs and support groups will also be available for caregivers and the community.

Participant Qualifications
- 55+ years or older
- Previously independent
- Able to transfer with the assistance of one staff member
In-Take Evaluations are performed to assess a potential participant. Private Pay, Medicaid, VA Insurance and Long-term Care Insurance accepted. (Commercial plans will be investigated on a case-by-case basis.)
