What are Adult Day Services?
Heart Song’s adult day services provide a safe and engaging environment for adults who are living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, or other conditions that make it difficult to remain home alone during the day. Participants spend the day in a safe, structured environment where they can enjoy activities, meals, companionship, and personalized support before returning home.
This provides caregivers with the support, peace of mind, and relief they need to continue caring for their loved ones; bridging the gap between living at home and moving to an assisted living or memory care facility.
Our center is staffed by trained professionals, including nursing assistants, nurses, and program leadership, who provide compassionate, individualized care tailored to each participant’s unique needs.
When your loved one enjoys a day at Heart Song, caregivers gain the time and peace of mind needed to work, run errands, attend appointments, or simply recharge.
Is Heart Song the Right Fit for Your Loved One?
Heart Song is designed for adults who:
- Are 55 years of age or older.
- Have been previously independent but may now benefit from additional supervision, social engagement, or support during the day.
- Are able to transfer with the assistance of one staff member.

In-Take Evaluations are performed to assess a potential participant. Private Pay, Medicaid, VA Insurance and Long-term Care Insurance are accepted. (Commercial plans will be investigated on a case-by-case basis.)

- Half Day (up to 4.5 hours): $75
